These Terms govern your use of the Thai Dental AI website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
What the Service is
Thai Dental AI is a matching platform connecting patients with dental clinics in Thailand. We are not a medical provider and we do not deliver dental care. Treatment, pricing and clinical advice are between you and the clinic you engage directly.
Matching
When you submit a match request we introduce you to a shortlist of clinics that fit your stated requirements. Clinics respond directly to you. We do not guarantee that every request will be matched, nor do we guarantee pricing, availability or outcomes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading information, (b) use the Service to spam or harass any clinic or user, or (c) attempt to circumvent our anti-abuse measures, including reCAPTCHA. We may restrict access to users who breach these Terms.
Fees
Matching is free for patients. Clinics contribute a service fee to Pluree AI when they accept a match.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thai Dental AI and Pluree AI are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your engagement with a clinic, the treatment outcome, or any dispute between you and a clinic. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
