Privacy Policy
Thai Dental AI (the “Service”) is operated by Pluree AI. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit a match request we record the information you enter (treatment, city, travel window, languages, budget band, and contact details) plus technical context (locale, source page, device size, referrer, UTM parameters) and a Google reCAPTCHA score used to screen out automated traffic.
How we use it
We use your information to (a) shortlist relevant clinics from our verified partner network, (b) forward your request only to the clinics we match you with, and (c) follow up to make sure your request was answered. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with lead-aggregator networks.
Data retention
Match requests are retained for the period necessary to complete the introduction and meet our legal record-keeping obligations — typically 24 months. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing privacy@thaidental.ai.
Third parties
We use Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) and Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics. The upstream match API that receives your submission is operated by Pluree AI or an authorised processor and is subject to this policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@thaidental.ai.
